Supply Chain Analyst Jobs

Client:

Our client is a high-growth, extremely innovative, rapidly expanding, global manufacturing solutions provider for medical devices, operating 5 state-of-the-art facilities on 3 continents.

Summary:

Our client is looking for an emotionally intelligent, well-rounded Supply Chain Analyst to work closely with the CFO to define, implement, and optimize company processes across business units, with a heavy focus on supply chain management, as well as develop and drive their Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) program.

Supply chain optimization and management will be an integral part of this role; Supply Chain and Manufacturing experience is a requirement to be considered.

Job Details:

Supply Chain

• Led research, investigation, creation, and delivery of standard procurement processes and policies
• Creation and Retention of supply chain records
• Ensure the scaling capability of the supply chain to meet growth objectives
• Research, optimize, and realize efficiency gains in supply chain operations for multiple business entities.

Process Optimization

• Align historically sound processes across all business divisions to ensure continuity
• In conjunction with the CFO, research and suggest business-wide operational and optimization initiates to drive operational and financial performance

ESG

• Independently drive the sustainability data collection process in close collaboration with relevant departments and teams
• Help develop and effectively govern sustainability policies, standardized procedures, and ESG program performance
• Provide sustainability expertise, training, and internal communication
• Develop external communication and reporting, including but not limited to the Sustainability Report (according to GRI Standards) to comply with relevant regulatory bodies, and investor and customer requirements

Qualifications:

• Clear understanding of process excellence and business process streamlining methodologies
• Ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally (less than 20%)
• Supply Chain Data Analysis and process development experience is required
• Comfort and ability to communicate effectively across multiple departments, teams, and cultures
• Sustainability experience and understanding is preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with an MBA in Supply Chain Management required
• Prior supply chain experience in a manufacturing environment required
