As a Supply Chain Service Operations Associate Manager, you will be part of a team that is at the forefront of our industry, working with renowned brands and household names.
In this role, you will have the chance to lead key projects aligned with our strategic vision. You will collaborate with stakeholders to execute our capacity strategy and facility projects, ensuring our operations are optimized for success. Your expertise in supply chain and distribution operations will be crucial in driving our SKU Acceleration strategy and supporting our company's growth trajectory.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage the implementation of multiple projects, including building startups, distribution centers, warehouses, and retrofitting projects.
Collaborate with key stakeholders to execute our national and regional capacity strategy, ensuring seamless operations.
Develop operational processes that align with our SKU Acceleration strategy, contributing to the success of our business.
Create training programs for various operational areas, including site startups, automation, split sourcing, and marketplace initiatives.
Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure the successful execution of projects, including scoping, equipment requirements, and budget management.
Identify opportunities for process and program improvements, leveraging your analytical skills.
Provide technical expertise and support to our go-to-market and sales teams, enhancing their understanding of supply chain operations and capabilities.
Communicate project status and updates across the organization, ensuring transparency and alignment.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
Previous experience in service operations or supply chain is preferred.
Knowledge of project management and the ability to manage multiple projects with high-quality output.
Demonstrated experience leading complex supply chain operations projects and delivering results.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to think outside the box.
Strong influencing skills and the ability to build trust and respect with others.
Structured and logical thinking, with the ability to define and solve business problems.
Self-motivated and driven, with the ability to thrive in a performance-driven environment.
Cultural sensitivity and an understanding of regional differences.
Willingness to travel up to 75% as required.
