The Position:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Supply Chain Analyst to join our dynamic and growing team. The Senior Supply Chain Analyst will be responsible for optimizing and improving our supply chain processes, analyzing data and making recommendations to improve overall supply chain efficiency, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies to increase efficiency and reduce costs
- Analyze and evaluate supply chain data to identify trends and make recommendations for process improvements
- Develop and manage supplier relationships to ensure on-time delivery and quality
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, logistics, and production, to ensure timely and efficient supply chain processes
- Prepare and present reports to management on supply chain performance and initiatives
- Monitor inventory levels and make recommendations for inventory optimization
- Manage transportation and logistics processes to ensure timely delivery and cost efficiency
Minimum Requirements:
- Experience working with ERP and other supply chain management systems
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supply chain analyst role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
Education or Desired License and Certificates:
- Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies
- Experience in the Solar industry experiences are required
- Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field
- PV Energy Storage system-related experiences are desired

- Organization, detailed-oriented nature and strong initiative
- Strong technical support focus and a service oriented individual both with Sales team and customers
- Self-starter, strong initiatives and an excellent communicator
- System and product level mindset
- Technical problem solving/analytical skills
Travel:
25% - 50%
Work Location and Status:
- No visa sponsorship
- Full time and remote position
- Preferably located near Phoenix, Arizona or Houston, Texas in the United States
