Job Description

The Supply Chain Analyst is responsible for ensuring that all Supply Chain information, data, and reporting is available and accurate while supporting all the major objectives of the Supply Chain function. This position will serve as the primary role for supplier compliance, team reporting and analysis of the data collected to measure what matters. In addition, the Supply Chain Analyst will be responsible for ensuring all supplier and procurement-based systems are properly maintained and leveraged as needed.

Principal Accountabilities:

Optimization

  • Review all supplier onboarding and renewal documentation to drive compliance and reduce risk.
  • Manage the data related to supplier onboarding, contract management, quality assurance, and procure to pay systems.
  • Expedite credit requests and returns related to quality with suppliers and distributors.
  • Monitor contract expiration timelines and compare theoretical COGS to actual COGS variances.
  • Systematize the communication of forecasts to suppliers and distributor partners on a regular cadence.
  • Support all ESG initiatives related to data requests and periodic reporting updates.
  • Work with the entire Supply Chain and Sustainability team when it comes to compiling reports and analyzing data on a regular cadence to highlight variances and areas for improvement.

General Supply Chain

  • Create a weekly Supply Chain dashboard to compare metrics related to Cost of Goods Sold, Distributor Fill Rates, Service timing and resolutions, and Price Variances mitigated.
  • Monitor and manage contracted suppliers regarding supply chain disruptions, quality issues and price variances.
  • Support the Purchasing group’s ability to manage the flow of goods to TFK restaurants and reduce price variances by comparing contracts to budget and actual spend.

Qualifications

  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally (culinary, operations, finance, IT, marketing) to design and integrate broadly usable data tools and reporting.
  • Expertise in successfully identifying anomalies in supply agreements including systematic quality and compliance monitoring.
  • Ability to present data and reports in a way that meets the needs of the recipient.
  • Extensive knowledge of Arrowstream contract management system, Coupa or an equivalent procure to pay system.
  • 3+ years supply chain experience, including data or financial responsibilities at high-volume, high-growth, multi-unit restaurant concepts.
  • Quality assurance or contract compliance skills strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to lead quantitative and qualitative analyses supporting critical decisions to support vendor selection and product specifications.
  • Own a "team-first” attitude with a high level of comfort being held accountable.
  • FoodlogiQ and CrunchTime system experience is also preferred.
  • Passion for inspiring people to eat better, feel better and live better through sourcing and procurement of better ingredients.
  • Demonstrated experience in procurement and contract management systems, including excellent accuracy and diligence for keeping systems optimized.
