What You'll Do


We are currently seeking a Supply Chain Analyst who is responsible for both the forecasting and purchasing for our golf categories. They will work closely with both commercial and sales in developing demand plans in accordance with trends that drive sales, minimize excess inventory, and meet financial targets. Additionally, they will be responsible for securing needed inventory to support demand plans from our suppliers in accordance with inventory and working capital targets.


Specific Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To


  • Identify and mitigate existing service or financial risks to demand plan
  • Review in-season sales compared to forecasts/orders and make updates based on trend and sales input
  • Develop A/B/C product approach to manage risk and optimize effort
  • Update the forecasting tool with all forecast changes and average selling prices
  • Evaluate results of excess and/or slow-moving inventory sell-off identified at previous month Supply Review
  • Prepare and present the demand scorecard
  • Confirm new products and those at end-of-life
  • Work with the product management and commercial teams to understand the product range, financial targets and sales strategies
  • Manage the Supply/Demand Review in monthly sales and operations cycle
  • Review the rolling 12-month demand plans and evaluate vs financial targets
  • Measure and report on forecast/inventory performance


Communicate forecast changes, supply constraints and related context to planning and marketing team


What We're Looking For


This position requires a bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field OR 2-3 years of previous experience in a similar role.


Other Qualifications Include


  • SAP experience preferred
  • A passion for the game of golf
  • Excellent verbal and written communication; s trong interpersonal skills; ability to work closely with other functional areas
  • Strong analytical skills; p roven ability to analyze data and make updates/recommendations based on analysis
  • Detail oriented; e xcellent ability to plan and organize so that work is completed efficiently; ability to prioritize multiple competing tasks
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office with intermediate to advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, IFERROR formulas, conditional formatting, PIVOT tables, etc.)
