Interim HealthCare is looking for a strong RN to join our team as a Home Health Supervisor.
This is a Monday thru Friday 8:00am -5:00pm in office position.
RN Nurse Supervisor Functions:

• Uses clinical decision making to provide oversight and guidance to the healthcare team to manage the assigned patient population efficiently and effectively.
• Reviews clinical documentation for accuracy and provides educational feedback to clinicians regarding findings.
• Follows accepted standards of clinical practice.

RN Minimum Education & Experience Requirements:

• Able to provide proof of valid auto liability insurance in accordance with office policy.
• Prefer at least two (2) years of experience as a home care RN and at least one (1) year of supervisory experience.
• Able to provide proof of valid driver's license, in accordance with office policy.
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing and licensed to practice as an RN in the state in which employed. License is active and in good standing.
