  • We are hiring immediately for a Supervisor Field Support position.
  • Schedule: Monday - Friday

Job Summary

  • Knowledge/Understanding of spreadsheets
  • Assist in other ad hoc duties that arise.
  • Assist customers with questions regarding their account (invoice, billing, spend, etc.)
  • Must be able to read/reply to email and or texts to customers.
  • Assist operations in placing delivery orders for office coffee clients.
  • Must be able to multi-task, meet deadlines, take initiative, problem solve, and be able to communicate with clients both on the phone and through email.
  • Manually key orders when necessary.
  • Able to manage a service team daily.
  • Able to meet deadlines and customer needs
