The People Services function will take on and centralize critical, operational Human Resources work with a goal of increasing collaboration, leveraging shared knowledge, and creating a more consistent employee experience. What You Will Do


Drive Operational Excellence by ensuring department is delivering customer service excellence to Human Resources, Payroll professionals and employee by maintaining a best-in-class service approach.


This role will oversee and provide support to team with:


  • Call Center
  • Leave Management
  • Direct workload for team as it relates to:
  • Data quality/Workflows
  • Employee Relations
  • Payroll Support
  • Investigation Process & Template Expertise & Ownership
  • Oversee “Employee Connect” and Employee Relations
  • Performance Management Expertise Templates, Process Ownership–Warning letters, PIP templates, etc.
  • Employee Investigations-standard/noncomplex
  • Accommodation Process & Requests
  • Investigation Process & Template Expertise & Ownership
  • Data quality as it relates to transactional updates
  • Responsible for Metrics for this team as it relates too:
  • Employee Investigations-standard/noncomplex
  • Accommodation Process & Requests
  • Call center
  • Employee Relations
  • Performance Management Expertise Templates, Process Ownership–Warning letters, PIP templates, etc.
  • Design and implement process for Employee Relations issues and calls


Required Qualifications


What We Are Looking For:

  • Bachelors Degree
  • List Physical requirements of the role (i.e. sitting, standing, twisting, bending, physical in-office presence)
  • Technical Skills (i.e., SAP, MS Office, etc.)
