Job Title: Commercial Finish Carpentry & Millwork Superintendent

Field Superintendent who will be responsible for all site operations on various finished carpentry

& custom millwork projects in various states. Our Field Superintendents manage and coordinate all site related items with customers, project managers, shop, shipping dept., installers, and vendors. Proficient with interior doors / trim work, cabinets, custom millwork & casework.

Commercial D/F/H experience would be beneficial.

Responsibilities include:

• Utilizes expertise to ensure contractor work is correct, safe, and meets the intent of the drawings.
• Meet or exceed project schedule.
• Maintain responsive, smooth relations with parallel operation.
• Ability to work independently and utilize value judgment without direct supervision.
• Responsible for overall field operations of a project from the standpoint of safety, quality control, scheduling, contracts, conformances to drawings, specifications, and customer relations.
• Attend weekly job meetings & Maintain comfortable business relations with our clients.
• Provide proper correspondence with clients such that all project issues are handled in a clear, concise and friendly manner.

Accountability:

• Applicants must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Provide accurate information in Daily, Weekly Reports and Quality Inspection Reports.
• Monitoring construction schedule with/for the Construction/Project Manager.

Skills and Abilities:

• Pay: Salary $75 to $90K
• Works overtime as required.
• Passionate.
• Understanding of building materials and construction methods; knowledge of procedures for construction and ability to read and understand construction documents.
• Cost conscious.
• Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Necessary to Perform Essential Job Functions
• Procore Knowledge a plus (Training will be provided)
• Team player attitude.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Strong computer aptitude to include basic knowledge of Microsoft Office & Excel with preferred knowledge in Microsoft.
• Ability to make independent decisions.

Schedule:

• Monday – Friday (Saturdays as needed, based upon job schedules)
• Full Time

Supplemental Pay:

• Bonus Pay based on Performance

Experience:

• Cabinetry installations: 5 years (Required)
• Trim carpentry: 5 years (Required)
• Doors & Hardware: 5 years (Required)
• Commercial D/F/H (Not required, but extremely beneficial)
• Custom Millwork/Casework: 5 years (Required)

License/Certification:

• OSHA 30 (Needed upon hire – Paid by employer if needed)
• Driver's License (Required)

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
