Job Description

The ideal candidate will direct new "Out of Ground" High-Rise residential buildings. This individual will ensure adherence to regulations and compliance, and work closely teams to solve problems that arise. This individual will also be comfortable scheduling, projecting, and managing.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards
  • Work with contractors to complete large projects
  • Familiarize self with multiple building blueprints


Qualifications

  • Time management and communication skills
  • Basic budgeting and public safety
  • High School Diploma
