About Our Client
With a existing office of 50+ people in Knoxville area, our client is looking to expand and add another superintendent to their commercial division.

As the Construction Superintendent, you will be responsible for the following.

• Directly responsible for managing all construction activities associated with the commercial construction project
• Bringing the project to completion on schedule, within budget
• Work closely with the project management team
• Enforce all safety policies
• Direct oversight of on-site subcontractors

The Successful Applicant
The successful Construction Superintendent (Commercial) will have:

• Experience working on projects valued at $5M or more
• OSHA Certified
• 3-5 years of experience as a Superintendent
• Ground-up construction experience required* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• 2+ years in Commercial ground up construction preferred
