What You’ll do
The Summer Intern will work in their assigned area of expertise and will experience first-hand the responsibilities tied to working with one of the world’s largest and most respected solar power developers. , you will learn the processes that guide our day-to-day activities and how we interface with our internal and external stakeholders. Summer internship program is eight weeks long and will run from June 12th through August 4th, 2023. Interns will be paid at a rate of $20.00/hour. Position will be fully remote with the exception of planned travel activities.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES
- Support the ongoing processes of their assigned department.
- Actively participate in mentor and team activities
- Work on a summer-long project designed to enrich the intern’s understanding of the solar development space while providing lasting value to the business.
- Present their project findings to senior leadership at the conclusion of the internship.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree at an accredited college/University in Engineering, Construction Management, Finance/Accounting, Human Resources, Public Policy, Communications, Marketing, Energy Management, GIS, Sustainability, Supply Chain, or related field.
- Must be able to work 40 hours per week.
- Willingness to travel. Interns will be asked to travel to LSbp’s Denver office for the first week of the internship and to visit a solar site at some point in the summer. All travel/accommodations will be paid for by the company.
- Advanced knowledge in Microsoft office tools;
