It Summer Intern Jobs

The IT Summer Intern would be part of the internal IT Support team supporting business groups across Deltek.
Responsibilities:

• Learn to apply analytical and critical thinking skills based on departmental objectives
• Design seamless experiences and implement automated solutions that enhance access and efficiency of core content
• Assist with planning, designing, and building a conversational Virtual Assistant capable of finding pre-defined solution content to a variety of IT support issues
• Learn and apply Conversation Design concepts, Content Strategies, and other audience-focused concepts to enhance chatbot and help site experiences
• Review Intents, Entities, and Dialogs; Learn practical applications of NLP & help to train and make changes to models to enhance bot understanding
• Design and build a chatbot for the internal IT Support page, leveraging out of the box ServiceNow ITSM chatbot functionality
• Review and identify relevant content to address common IT support scenarios

• Participate in project-related and operational support of day-to-day responsibilities as directed.
• Assist in evaluating new requirements and recommend new processes and standards.
• Develop test cases and participate in user acceptance testing
• Analyze and design end-user experience related to interacting with chatbot and finding readily available solutions

In order to be considered for this position we would love for you to have the following:

• Currently enrolled in college/university pursuing a career in Information Technology, Computer Science or Data Science and Analytics
• Must be able to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Prior experience in customer support or IT Support a plus
• Familiar with Microsoft 365 collaboration technologies
• Ability to work approximately 40 hours per week for 8+ weeks
• Must have strong written and verbal communication skills
