ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assisting with management of fabric swatch inventory as related to custom apparel production
• Assisting with quality assurance testing of our latest tech features and recording feedback for our team
• Supporting Stylists with the fulfillment of consignment orders for virtual/in-person client appointments
• Assisting in the preparation & execution of online and/or in-store clothing pulls for client appointments
• Providing brief communication with our retail partners in a professional and courteous manner
• Observing & occasionally providing best practices in customer service as it pertains to the resolution of stylist (customer) inquiries
• Tracking store pull items and storing receipts for client orders in the the Garmentier software platform
• Assisting our Operations Manager with other platform-related tasks as needed
• Occasionally returning/shipping clothing pull items to stores
• Drafting client invoices in Garmentier following stylist pulls and appointments
• Helping Stylists with creating proposals & Look Books with suggested items for their clients

AT GARMENTIER YOU WILL

• Help our Stylist Development team with assisting Stylist platform users
• Conceive, design, and develop exciting visual content and copy to engage our targets across various social media platforms
• Help shape and communicate the Garmentier brand identity to our target market as well as investors, brands, retailers and the tech/fashion community
• Market to and potentially help recruit new Stylist platform users
• Manage and engage our growing community of followers
• Learn the retail technology space as well as our customer (the Stylist) inside and out
• Collaborate to create visual training materials for Stylist platform users
• Help Stylists understand our product and get the most out of the Garmentier platform through creative, blog and social media-driven education
