As the Photography Stylist/Producer, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, planning, and executing style content during photography shoots in collaboration with our talented team of photographers, art staff, and food stylists. You will use your creative vision to develop concepts, style, and organize props, and ensure that the final images meet the project goals and requirements. The ideal candidate has a passion for creating impactful imagery and enjoys being in a creative collaborative environment. Job Responsibilities:

• Remain up-to-date on trends to assure your work remains timely, current, and represents cultural trends and target audiences as interpreted by the client and creative leadership
• Work closely with clients and creative team to produce high-quality photographic images
• Provide vision and concepting to story ideas and collaborate with creative team to develop the concepts and themes for photography shoots
• Source and organize props, wardrobe, and set pieces for each shoot
• Recommend creative ideas to exceed expectations of goals and objectives
• Work closely with creative team to ensure that the images produced reflect the project goals and standards
• Works in a timely manner to meet photography deadlines
• Maintain an in depth understanding of photography and styling best practices and procedures
• Remain client focused with a desire to over deliver on quality
• Prop and style for photography designing sets and set components
• Prepare and style the sets, props and subjects before and during the shoots
• Use different techniques to enhance the photographs as required and determine and use appropriate lighting, composition, background, and styling to ensure quality shooting to adhere to specifications
• Evaluate and modify images during post-production to ensure a consistent look and feel across the project

Job Requirements:

• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in photography styling or production
• Strong creative vision and ability to conceptualize ideas and execute them in a team environment
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in photography, design, or a related field preferred
• General knowledge of photography needed to collaborate with Photographers and creative team
• Microsoft Office & Adobe InDesign experience a plus
• Exceptional problem solving and critical thinking skills; able to balance multiple priorities and demands simultaneously
• Ability to multi task
• Strong creative presence and artistic flair
• Flexible to travel to locations as required of the job
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Able to follow instructions clearly to achieve desired results
• Highly motivated with ability to work in a deadline-driven environment
• A natural collaborator and team-player
• Understanding of lighting, composition, and color theory
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong portfolio of work of past related content work
• Able to stand and move around for long periods at a time
• Able to adapt skill to the aesthetics of each project; Flexibility and the ability to adjust to the needs of clients
• Experience in prop, set, and food styling
