RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide superior customer service to all students to support them through the enrollment and learning processes.
- Respond to incoming requests (email and telephone) relating to the student experience, including Admissions and Financial aid processing.
- Serve as a” triage agent” in proactively determining what services students need and how to address concerns. Accurately assesses each student’s situation to determine its urgency and proceed appropriately.
- Be responsible for increasing the enrollment conversion of a specific pool of applicants, and managing the A to Z admissions process, from orientation to the admissions validation.
- Qualify and orientate your pool of applicants to the right training path & funding options depending on the customer requirements and the company’s objectives.
- Engage your pool of applicants to increase our admissions retention rate through outbound/inbound calls and emails campaigns.
- Communicate OpenClassrooms’ value proposition & apply sales argumentation techniques to increase conversions.
- Implement and respect the Admissions evaluation procedure and requirements for Openclassrooms’ different programs and paths, with a good knowledge of paths, curriculum, and career opportunities.
- Ensure fast, accurate, and high-quality processing of funding applications, regardless of funding organizations.
- Ensure that the administrative requirements of the various funding requirements are understood, documented, and met.
- Receives documents required for Admissions, Financial Aid, Disability Assessment, and Veterans Affairs and verifies the completeness of documents.
- Take part in the continuous improvement of the student experience process and orientation and qualification tools, and share best practices and results with the rest of the team through documentation.
- Cross-functional support across the Student Success Department.
- Remain current with all academic policies and procedures and complete required training to maintain OpenClassrooms compliance standards.
- Contribute to the creation and updating of internal training funding documentation at OpenClassrooms.

- Proven success in the areas of student enrollment: recruitment, admissions, and financial aid processing.
- Track record of over-achieving quota and driven by successful outcomes
- Strong phone presence and experience
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under established time constraints and professionally.
- Motivated, organized, detailed oriented, and strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills and willingness to assist as needed in functions that support OpenClassrooms mission
- Experience and capabilities working with digital tools and web presentation tools
- Experience working with Salesforce
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Strong listening and presentation skills
- Desire to work in a performance-focused, KPI-oriented team in a transparent environment;
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Native English
YOUR BACKGROUND
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar position
- A minimum of 2 years in a scale-up/start-up environment
- A minimum of 2 years of experience using Salesforce regularly

- The journey will start with a phone interview with a member of the talent team (20 minutes)
- Then a face-to-face (virtual) meeting with the Hiring Manager (1 hour)
