An urgent and exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced structural engineer. The company based in the San Francisco Bay Area works in the space sector offering a design and build service for a range of satellites.

This role will be design focussed and those coming from a background of satellite design and analysis would be very sought after, additionally if you have some experience with GSE, fixtures and transporters that would be beneficial. The main responsibility for this position is taking on early concepts, completing drawings, FEA and moving to detailed design.

Required skills:

  • Space related background
  • Design and/or analysis focussed
  • 5+ years minimum experience
  • FEA experience
