The newly formed Google Cloud Consulting (GCC) organization ensures that Customers are able to fully capture the value of using Google Cloud and meet their business objectives. Their objective may be to scale and expand such as reaching new customers or to reduce operational risk and cost by transforming their business processes onto the Google Cloud Platform.
The GCC organization covers a range of functions that are focused on functions which help customers onboard, grow, expand, and ultimately become advocates of Google Cloud. Functionally, this organization includes Customer Account Leads, Professional Services, Technical Account Management, Engagement Managers, and Learning.
The Strategy and Operations team provides business critical insights using analytics, ensures cross-functional alignment of goals and execution, and helps teams drive strategic partnerships and new initiatives forward. We stay focused on aligning the highest-level company priorities with effective day-to-day operations, and help evolve early stage ideas into future-growth initiatives.
In this role, you will be joining the GCC North America Strategy and Operations team under the Head of Strategy and Operations - North America. You will be primarily focused on the strategy issues for the region - including preparing analysis and reporting. You will need to enjoy working with data, completing planning and analysis, and helping run the core business processes (Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), headcount etc.) as well as extensive support to executive leaders.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $169,000-$258,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Experience creating insights using SQL and other problem solving tools to present findings and recommendations.
- 6 years of experience in management consulting, strategy, operations, technology, or a similar field.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in developing strategy for executives.
- Experience in coordinating and managing a large number of executive stakeholders.
- Experience building lasting relationships, with the ability to meet and exceed goals in a fast-paced environment.
- Master's degree.
- Ability to work in a fast growing, dynamic, and often ambiguous environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities
- Generate meaningful insights for the business and decide where we should focus more, or how to fix the gaps.
- Be responsible for creating powerful presentations and materials for business reviews and strategy memorandums.
- Establish and improve GCC Business Cadence, minimizing fire drills by anticipating requests, prioritizing, and managing calmly.
- Be the key point person for numbers and tracking for planning, offsites, business reviews, and helping run the core business processes.
- Develop and manage GCC communications infrastructure and channels, partnering with enablement, making sure there are clear templates and processes for sharing information.
