A management and entertainment company is in search of a Strategist with a comprehensive grasp of marketing and branding principles to support their team in a temp position!

Job Details:

REMOTE

TEMP - 20hrs per week

PAY: $130/HR

Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of managing calendars, trackers, agendas, note-taking, and synthesis across client projects.
• Engage in collaborative efforts with the entire team, sharing valuable insights and best practices gleaned from relevant projects.
• Conduct comprehensive strategic research and evaluations (both qualitative and quantitative) on internal and external initiatives within the realms of branding, marketing, and advertising.
• Take responsibility for comprehending and enforcing brand standards for all managed clients.
• Assume an additional role in quality control for all managed work.
• Assist in the creation of captivating presentations that condense crucial strategic insights, effectively weaving them into a compelling storyline for clients, accompanied by innovative recommendations.
• Display awareness of client relationships and sensitivities, fostering meaningful connections with client counterparts.
• Take charge of the day-to-day project management responsibilities for multiple projects, guiding teams towards crucial deadlines and ensuring precise and timely communication among all stakeholders.
• Establish transparent expectations on a daily and weekly basis regarding tasks and deliverables across accountable teams, ensuring the provision of necessary materials and documentation as required.

Qualifications:

• Familiarity with creative briefs and collaborative work with creative teams.
• Strong emphasis on strategic thinking, displaying a passion for diagnosing complex problems and devising effective plans of action to address them. Flourishes in an environment that values strategic contributions.
• A minimum of 2+ years of professional experience at a strategy consulting firm, advertising agency, or technology company/startup, with a proven track record of driving projects in the marketing, branding, and advertising domains.
• Extensive background in project management and account management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Keynote, MS Access, and Google Suite.
• Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail. Capable of handling multiple projects concurrently, delivering them on schedule while upholding the highest quality standards.
