About the role:


Our company is seeking a talented and creative Chief Storyteller to help us communicate our brand narrative and vision to our customers and the wider community. As the Chief StoryTeller, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a compelling and engaging storytelling strategy that showcases our brand values, mission, and impact. You will be responsible for creating and curating content across a variety of platforms, including social media, website, blog, email newsletters, video, and events. You are an expert in identifying relevant influencers and experts to promote Qode’s purpose, vision, and mission.


You will work closely with other members of the product and tech teams to ensure that our brand message is consistent, authentic, and resonates with our target audience.


Responsibilities:


  • Craft compelling brand narratives and case studies that showcase our impact and success.
  • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of our storytelling efforts, and adjust our approach and tactics as needed to improve engagement and conversion rates.
  • Create and curate compelling content across a variety of platforms, including social media, website, blog, email newsletters, video, and events.
  • Develop and implement a storytelling strategy that aligns with our brand values, mission, and goals.
  • Collaborate with designers, photographers, videographers, and other creative professionals to produce high-quality and visually appealing content.
  • Work closely with the marketing and communications team to ensure that our brand message is consistent, authentic, and resonates with our target audience.
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and employees, and gather their stories and feedback to inform our storytelling approach.

Requirements:


  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt your writing style to different platforms and audiences.
  • 5+ years of experience in storytelling, content creation, or related fields.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and experimentation.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, and to collaborate effectively with colleagues and partners across the organization.
  • Strong storytelling skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives that engage and inspire our audience.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of marketing automation and analytics tools such as Hubspot and Google Analytics.
  • Passion for our brand and mission, and a commitment to making a positive impact on the world.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
