Store Manager, Kohler Signature Store

Opportunity

Join the Kohler team to open it’s next Kohler Signature Store location in Houston, Texas! This is an exciting opportunity to be part of the store opening and to build your own high performing team of sales associates. As Kohler Signature Store Manager, you’ll help build and represent our brand in the Houston location. You’ll be immersed in a fast paced and exciting customer-facing environment while developing a wide array of relationships that span the range from walk-in retail traffic to key trade industry clients. In addition, you’ll engage in strategic outreach to the architecture and design community to develop and grow your store’s client base while being an ambassador of the Kohler family of brands.

You will also manage, develop, and execute an individual strategic sales plan for the store in order to drive additional business. As the primary Kohler Signature Store location for the region, you will have the opportunity to become a resource to a number of top designers and architects in the market and create best in class lasting customer experiences.

Skills/Requirements

• Previous experience in project sales, kitchen and bath products, and/or home products preferred
• Minimum of 5 years previous retail management experience
• Four-year college degree preferred

The salary range for this position is $87,450 - $111,100. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location. Available benefits include medical, dental, vision & 401k.
