Job Title: Store Manager (Sales-focused)

Location: Big Spring/Midland area
Pumps Plus, a leading provider of pumps and related equipment, is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team in the Big Spring/Midland area. We are looking for an individual with a strong background in sales who can drive revenue growth and provide exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring smooth functioning and adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Lead and motivate a team of sales associates, fostering a positive work environment and promoting a customer-centric approach.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and maximize profitability.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing appropriate product recommendations.
- Monitor and analyze sales data, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and training to the sales team.
- Ensure visual merchandising standards are met and the store is well-maintained.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Store Manager or similar role, preferably in a retail sales environment.
- Strong sales background with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
- Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Exceptional customer service skills and a passion for delivering an outstanding shopping experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficient in using computer systems and point-of-sale software.
- Local to the Big Spring/Midland area.
