Masons & Bricklayers Job Overview

We are looking for skilled Mason & Bricklayers to join our team to cut and dress stone and lay it with modern power tools, like tractors or trucks, and traditional hand tools. Ultimately, you will work with other professionals on a construction site to deliver high-quality work based on the needs of our clients.

Job Responsibilities

• Transport materials to the work area and scaffold where the masons are working.
• Cut bricks as needed for corners, arches, and complex patterns.
• Mix and transport grout.
• Stone Experience, need to have 3 - 5 years of experience in Thin and full-bed.
• Work as a team to keep jobs on schedule while still providing high quality work.
• Laying brick, block, and Limestone.
• Other duties assigned.

Requirements

• Need to have experience with Stone and Brick laying.
• Strong work ethic (dependable, excellent attendance, trustworthy).
• Ability to perform high quality work at a fast pace.
• Certification in masonry or equivalent is a plus.
• Experience working with other professionals on a construction site.
• High school or equivalent (Preferred).
• Must be able to use all hand tools of the trade safely and proficiently.
• Proven work experience as a Mason or similar role is a plus.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to see and hear well.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to sit or stand for long periods at a time.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $20.00 - $31.00 per hour (DOE)
