Stockpile Loader Operator – Night Shift

9:30 pm – 6:30 am

Pay Range: $27.35 to $35.00/hour

Shift Differential: Additional $3.00/hour

Martin Marietta is currently looking for a Stockpile Loader Operator at the underground mine in Randolph, Missouri. This position is responsible for managing stockpiles of finished product in our surface operations.

Essential Functions

• Participate in safety programs and trainings, promoting Martin Marietta’s Guardian Angel culture
• Notify supervisors of needed repairs
• Clean work areas
• Manage stockpiles of finished product
• Manage multiple tasks and prioritizing for production needs
• Perform upkeep of roads located within the plant
• Work in a team environment
• Operate heavy equipment to load materials
• Inspect equipment for signs of wear
• Perform basic maintenance on heavy mobile equipment
• Proper wear of personal protective equipment

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position and will require 40+ hours per week.

Preferred Education and Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Heavy equipment operations or military experience preferred

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Effective verbal communication
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Knowledge of machines and tools including their design, use and maintenance
• Knowledge of MSHA regulations

Physical Abilities

• General physical activities including climbing stairs and ladders, lifting, pushing, pulling, stooping, reach with hands and arms, and handling materials
• Ability to work in an outdoor environment year-round
