Description

SAGE Dining Services®is seeking a steward to join our team at a private day school. Nights and weekends are off and work days are scheduled around the school schedule. This position will support multiple serving areas on campus, and duties will include delivering food.

What You'll Do

• Clean, restock, and replenish serving lines and stations to ensure our guests enjoy an exquisite dining experience.
• Dispose of waste and maintain a clean kitchen, properly washing and sorting soiled utensils, dishes and pots.
• Set up and break down the dish machine and sanitize equipment in the kitchen.
• Interact positively with SAGE guests and Team Members and provide service with a smile!
• Maintain a clean and welcoming environment for our guests.

What You'll Need

• Ability to understand and apply FIFO inventory procedures.
• Ability to keep all stock areas neat and clean.
• Prior commercial dishwashing experience preferred, however, we can teach any motivated individual.
