Job Description
Provide coverage for various positions within Patient Financial Services due vacant positions, PTO, FMLA, unscheduled absences, backlog, etc. Will be knowledgeable in and perform specified job duties pertaining to Customer Service, Reception/Cashier, Insurance Follow-up, Electronic Billing, Patient and Insurance Cash Posting, Credit Balance Review/Refunds, Probates, Bankruptcies, Bad Debt Agency Accounts, Contracts and any other duties as assigned. Will serve as systems and operations trainer for all positions within Patient Financial Services.
