This is an exciting opportunity in a young business services startup for a multi-skilled and motivated intern to join us this summer. In this role, you will be an essential part of the startup journey, participating in a wide range of business planning and operational tasks.

As a Startup Operations Intern, you will have the opportunity to wear many hats and work closely with the founder. This is an excellent chance to experience and understand the inner workings of a startup while contributing to various strategic initiatives.

We will be working out of a centrally located co-working space, with required in-person time Monays and Wednesdays (6-8 hours). Co-working membership for the summer will be provided. Additional project time (probably 4-8 hours per week) may be completed remotely.

**Key Responsibilities:**
1. Assist with the development and execution of business plans.
2. Conduct market research to support strategic decision-making.
3. Participate in operational tasks, including but not limited to marketing, communications, and planning.
4. Collaborate directly with the founder in executing project plans and tasks.
5. Contribute to brainstorming sessions, bringing fresh and creative ideas to the table.
7. Uphold a high degree of professionalism and confidentiality in all tasks.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

1. Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Entrepreneurship, Marketing, Management, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
2. Passion about learning and startups.
2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel and PowerPoint).
5. A self-starter with the ability to work independently.
