Collaborate with project management, engineering, and construction teams to incorporate startup requirements into project activities, ensuring plant operability and personnel safety.

Minimum of 10 plus years of experience as a Commissioning/Startup Manager.

Supervise and coordinate the work of assigned engineers, determining staffing requirements for professional and craft professionals.

Extensive technical knowledge of commissioning, startup, and initial plant operations, particularly in large-scale LNG facilities using APCI technology.

Broad knowledge of industry and regulatory standards relevant to startup, maintenance, operations, or testing.

Previous experience in process systems pre-commissioning, commissioning, and startup of LNG systems/facilities utilizing APCI technology.

5+ years of project, program, and/or partner management experience

Experience in a management consulting capacity

Experience working with or at startups, understanding of the startup ecosystem, and startup evaluation preferred

Effective verbal and written communication skills

Proven track record of managing long-term projects from beginning to end, collaborating with external companies/vendors with shared goals

Moderate level of fluency in survey design, product design, prototyping, and marketing preferred

Proven experience as a Startup Advisor, Business/Finance Consultant, or similar role.

Offer strategic guidance and mentorship to startup founders and executive teams.

In-depth knowledge of business strategy, market analysis, and product development.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong networking skills and the ability to make valuable connections.

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Startup Advisor or in a similar role.

3+ years of in industry experience (finance/Fintech)

6+ years in front end development

A degree from an elite university
