We offer a $500* hiring bonus, weekly pay starting at $17.50 per hour, and a generous cash incentive program – up to $10,000* in bonuses per year!

Our team members develop and monitor appropriate care plans to ensure clients receive quality care while serving as the primary liaison between clients, home care aides, managers, referral sources, and others directly involved in the client’s care.

Responsibilities
  • Provides direct training to field staff on client Care Plans
  • Assigns field staff based on the client’s overall needs and Plan of Care
  • Consistently maintains the confidentiality of client and agency information, following HIPAA guidelines relative to handling patient records
  • Maintains positive working relationships with clients, field staff, referral sources, team, leads, managers, and branch managers
  • Ensures compliance with local, state, and federal laws as well as with company policies and procedures
  • Proactively communicates schedules and changes with clients, field staff, referral sources, team leads, managers, and the branch manager
  • Conducts and keeps record of client satisfaction surveys, client in-home visits, employee evaluations, and employee in-service trainings
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned
  • Records and maintains accurate documentation of the client’s condition and overall service
  • Prepares and submits routine departmental reports, as required
  • Monitors the performance assigned to field staff who provide and support patients with personal care to ensure quality service
  • Appropriately handles client complaints and problems; documents and reports any significant issues for further attention or resolution, as required
  • Maintains assigned clients’ files, employee files and all related paperwork
  • Provides education and coaching on changes to a client’s Plan of Care
Qualifications
  • Demonstrate compassion, responsibility, and cheerful attitude while working with clients, families, and staff
  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, business, or a related field preferred, but not required
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • At least 18 years of age required
  • 2 years of supervisory/management experience preferred
Physical/Travel Requirements
  • Candidates must comply with state background screening requirements. Compensation, benefits, time off, and bonuses vary by state and location, so please ask for complete details at your interview. IL ONLY - All new Care Supervisors hired after 11/1/2022 will be eligible for a bonus of $500 once they reach 90 days worked. Care Supervisors must be actively employed at the time of payout to receive the bonus. Employees are eligible for the bonus if they have not been employed with Help at Home, LLC. or its portfolio of companies within 12 months.
  • Must be able to sit, stand, walk, or squat
  • Must be able to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs. at a time
  • Must be able to travel to travel to client homes when needed
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at a time
