In Time Tec, a global software solutions company based in Meridian, Idaho, is hiring for a full-time Staff Accountant, on site, in the Boise Area.


The Staff Accountant will provide administrative and financial support services to the finance department. Works closely with other accounting and finance personnel, internal departments, and external parties.

Responsibilities:


  • Act as back-up to Bookkeeper, Office Manager, and Operations Team to keep the department running smoothly.
  • Additional duties as assigned.
  • Responsible for Accounts Receivable, including new customer account set up, creating monthly.
  • Assist with financial statement review.
  • Assist Controller with month-end closing process, including journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Daily bank deposits and cash application.
  • Process Accounts Payable check run and monitor when invoices are due.


What you bring:


  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel and Outlook).
  • Open to development of skills and knowledge.
  • Ability to effectively and professionally communicate, both in writing and verbally, with management, vendors.
  • Willingness to be flexible and adaptable to change.
  • Able to work as a team player.
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required. An associate degree in accounting may be considered with the right experience.
  • 2 years professional experience in accounting and finance.
  • Excellent customer service.
  • Strong analytical problem-solving aptitude with creative solutions, ability to organize work with large amounts of information efficiently, manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously with strong attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks.
