Staff Accountant - $70K + Bonus

Industry leader is targeting a strong Staff Accountant to join their team. Ideal background would have 1-4 years of accounting experience. This opportunity offers great benefits and an excellent growth track.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

• Budgeting, forecasting, cash flow forecasting including all analysis to actuals
• Working with executives across the business to explain financial variances
• Managing cash balances, ensuring cash flow adequate to pay bills on time and operate the business effectively
• Monthly close procedures as assigned, including posting journal entries, reconciling accounts, and consolidating reports
• Financial analysis across practices and divisions identifying and investigating significant variances
• Other duties as assigned
• Preparing financial reports and assisting with financial audit
