What You Will Do


  • Conduct interviews (phone, zoom or in-person)
  • Attend networking events to gain new clients and candidates as well as to learn best practices
  • Gain 1-2 new clients per month with job orders
  • Source, contact and recruit top tech talent
  • Place 1-2 new candidates per month
  • Prepare and debrief candidates for the client interview process
  • Attend client meetings, gather information about culture, vision, mission and skills needed
  • Generate new leads
  • Do business development to gain new clients
  • Managing the clients you have gained through your business development efforts


Skills & Experience Toolbox


  • 2+ years of experience in Recruiting, Tech Recruiting in an agency setting preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
  • Strong work ethics and focus
  • Ability and willingness to generate leads and do business development
  • Growth mindset
  • Superb customer focus, attention to detail, and organization skills
  • Ability to demonstrate experience with various sourcing and business developent tools and technologies
