- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience
- Five to six years of relevant experience
- Industry expertise in Banking within payments domain is highly desirable
- Effective problem-solving and analytical skills
- Adept with agile software development lifecycle and DevOps principles
- Technically proficient and able to define and fulfill solutions requirements for end user
- Complete understanding of a feature, the users impacted, the flows impacted and feature's purpose
- Ability to collaborate on all aspects of product development
- Software quality assurance
- Experience with designing, planning and execution of system testing strategies and tactics to ensure software quality at all stages of the system life cycle
- Proficient understanding of algorithms, data structures, architectural design patterns and best practices
- Thorough understanding of the team's domain, how work in this domain relates to the team's objectives and deliverables and how it contributes to overall business strategy and how technical strategy maps to this
- Able to communicate processes and results with all parties involved in the product team, including engineers, product owner, scrum master, third party vendors and customers
- Basic understanding of adjacent teams' business domains
- Knowledge of testing tools including: TestNG, Appium, Selenium, Cucumber, Jenkins, Jira and Zephr
- IT standards, procedures, policy
- Scripting tools and languages including Java for automation and familiarity with Spring frameworks

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, US Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401k contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $112,880.00 - $132,800.00 - $146,080.00U.S. Bank will consider qualified applicants with criminal histories in a manner consistent with the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance.-
