The Sr. Relationship Director role at Aspirant’s Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) practice is ideal for the recruitment professional who can apply their proven strategic leadership to Aspirant RPO. The Sr. Relationship Director has accountability for Aspirant’s client partnerships, from providing strategic direction to team managers and account leads as well as sales and profit & loss support.
You will be responsible for successfully providing financial and strategic direction while inspiring great performance. This role requires and encourages collaboration, development and empowers decision making. The Sr. Relationship Director successfully serves their team and customers by earning their trust and building strong relationships to achieve partnership goals. This role models Aspirant’s values and drive for partnership success, maintains a culture of operational excellence, and can clearly live and articulate Aspirant’s great purpose of helping companies achieve their own great purpose through people.
Team Management:
Serve as a strategic advisor for clients and teams through the management of recruiting operations capabilities, helping those leaders to identify effective ways to increase recruiting outcomes, and develop ways to improve capabilities of team members.
Partner with the client TA Leaders on actions to address competitive gaps in the team’s recruiting efforts.
Coach and collaborate to develop direct reports on the execution of strategic recruitment plans.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovating on engagement/sourcing strategies, hiring processes, delivery models and tools needed to support client service delivery.
Serve as a thought leader on recruiting best practices that drive higher levels of client satisfaction.
Client Relationships:
Involvement in the sales process with senior leadership which could include conducting client needs analysis, participating in sales presentations and articulating Aspirant’s services.
Serve as subject matter expert to current and prospective clients throughout the sales process.
Lead employment branding initiatives with new and current client base.
Lead onboarding of new clients and identify appropriate teams needed to support clients.
Focus and raise the bar on our clients’ candidate experiences.
Identify new opportunities within assigned accounts and work with sales leadership on additional growth opportunities, organically expanding the current scope of work.
Operational Excellence:
Accountable for Aspirant-specific metric reports and P&L management.
Oversee the renewal process and related activities.
Strong understanding of all facets of the full lifecycle recruiting experience, third-party vendors that play a part in the process, and the ability to recommend enhancements to the process.
Drive standardization and consistency of processes and procedures.
Ensure that diversity is incorporated into the Aspirant’s overall recruiting strategies
Ensure our service is measured, including surveys, meetings and that the needs of the account are clearly communicated.
Participate, communicate, and direct Aspirant company-wide initiatives.
Manage team resources to ensure operational effectiveness.

EDUCATION
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
10 or more years of results-oriented leadership experience in talent acquisition or human resources.
Needs a proven track record of designing, implementing, and leveraging talent acquisition strategies and best practices to help drive measurable business results.
Experience using recruitment technologies such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media tools.
Strategic thinking capabilities.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Effective communication skills both verbal and written.
Willingness to travel as needed (10% is typical unless communicated otherwise).
