Responsibilities
Ensure the accuracy and currency of internal documents, reports, paperwork, and records.
Conduct exit interviews to gather employee feedback, enhancing our policies and procedures.
Manage HR programs encompassing employee benefits, training, company evaluations, and compensation.
Uphold and enforce personnel policies and procedures for optimal efficiency.
Participate in reviewing organizational policies, strategic planning, and budgeting.
Identify, interview, onboard, and train exceptional candidates aligned with our organization's vision.
Job Summary
As the Human Resources Manager for our esteemed law firm, you'll assume a pivotal role in overseeing and managing all aspects of HR, focusing on talent acquisition, onboarding, benefits administration, and the recruitment of attorneys and staff. We're in search of an experienced professional with a proven track record in HR management within medium-sized firms.
In this strategic leadership position, you'll collaborate closely with our executive team, ensuring our HR practices align seamlessly with our firm's objectives, thus contributing to its ongoing success.
Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition and Recruitment:
Develop and execute strategies to attract skilled attorneys and staff, maintaining a strong talent pipeline.
Collaborate with hiring managers to create comprehensive job descriptions that accurately reflect each role's requirements.
Utilize diverse sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, legal associations, and networks, to identify potential candidates.
Conduct thorough candidate screenings, interviews, and reference checks for effective evaluation.
Stay updated on industry trends and legal market dynamics to engage top professionals proactively.
Onboarding And Orientation
Create and implement a seamless onboarding process, ensuring smooth integration for new hires.
Coordinate with departments to prepare necessary equipment, access, and workspace for incoming employees.
Facilitate orientation programs, acquainting new hires with our culture, values, policies, and procedures.
Provide guidance and support during the initial phase to address queries and concerns.
Benefits Administration
Oversee employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and additional perks, to attract and retain top talent.
Collaborate with external providers to negotiate terms, address employee inquiries, and monitor plan utilization.
Stay informed about legislative changes and best practices for compliance and enhancement of benefits.
Performance Management
Implement performance management systems for objective evaluation, recognition, and development.
Collaborate with managers to establish clear expectations, offer ongoing feedback, and support growth.
Conduct periodic evaluations, identifying strengths, areas for improvement, and growth opportunities.
Devise strategies to bridge performance gaps and provide guidance on career advancement.
HR Policies And Compliance
Develop, implement, and enforce HR policies in compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Stay updated on employment legislation, ensuring alignment of policies and practices.
Handle employee relations matters, conduct investigations, and implement appropriate solutions.
Maintain accurate records while adhering to data protection regulations.

Qualifications
