Honeywell’s ACST team is seeking a Sr Facilities Maintenance Technician for our Broomfield, CO location.

YOUR ROLE WILL INCLUDE:

• Use your skills by working on exciting products and technologies
• General facility maintenance (paint, wall repair, contractor coordination)
• Broaden and expand your knowledge by learning from highly experienced professionals and participating in challenging assignments
• Contribute to the development of Honeywell's next generation of high technology products by testing and/or validating equipment
• Work with, maintain and repair building equipment and machinery, including HVAC, temperature control, and building automation systems

YOU MUST HAVE:

• High School Diploma/GED
• U.S. Citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance

WE VALUE:

• Ability to lift 25 pounds
• Some relevant experience
• Familiarity with building fire suppression systems
• HVAC & Low Voltage certifications
• Ability to use computers and computer interfaces

Compensation & Benefits:
Incentive Eligible
Salary Range: $51,400.00-$77,000.00
