Job Description

Role/Title: Sr. Director of Digital Acquisition Marketing

Location: Horsham, PA

Salary Range: 130-150k

Clutch is looking for a Director of Digital Marketing for a client of ours.


Responsibilities:

  • Provides effective growth strategies for customer acquisition
  • Oversee digital growth, using Analytics360, GA4
  • Serve as corporate subject matter expert in digital marketing
  • Provide forecasts and analysis
  • Oversee paid and organic social media efforts, grow engagement
  • Partner with creative teams to produce creative elements that yield results and allow for consistent expansion across digital channels
  • Network as the resident digital marketing expert
  • Supervise digital team to maximize performance across all digital channels
  • Identify new digital channels, digital growth
  • Test strategies for each digital platform
  • Create and execute digital marketing strategy
  • Present learnings, results, and advances to larger team
  • Oversee CRM & acquisition team (email, SMS), Ecommerce team to drive lead generation


Required skills:

  • Hands-on marketing experience in a DTC organization with a strong and growing digital presence
  • BS/BA or equivalent of education & experience required; MBA preferred
  • Direct-to-consumer (DTC) client experience required for consideration
  • Innovative thinker.
  • 10+ years digital marketing experience
  • Success across Facebook/Instagram, display, SEM, YouTube, partnerships, paid search, affilates
  • Organized, detail-oriented
  • Experience building and developing a digital marketing team
