What You’ll Accomplish


  • Develop processes to scale the Customer Success function at Skillz
  • Grow your book of business every year by helping your customers do more
  • Build and maintain high quality relationship business plans to help your customers grow their relationship with Skillz and acheive their goals
  • Establish the Skillz Developer Customer Advisory Board
  • Build lasting relationships with your counterparts and executives at the customers you support


Requirements


  • Understanding of mobile user acquisition practices and performance metrics
  • 7+ years experience as a CSM or AM 4+ years in gaming (mobile gaming strongly preferred)
  • Track record of success, demonstrated through metrics
  • Proven track record of successfully managing, retaining and growing key accounts
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills (written/verbal) that are leveraged to address complex business issues and opportunities
