POSITION: Sr Business Intelligence Analysis Developer
POSITION DESCRIPTION: Baxter Healthcare Corporation is seeking a Sr Business Intelligence Analysis Developer with the following duties: Collaborate with business partners to create sustainable and scalable solutions that transform data into value-driven data insights, aligned with strategic priorities as defined by business requirements; Provide guidance to the analytics community to ensure best practices are consistently used across a variety of analytical toolsets; Develop processes and procedures to ensure data integrity thereby driving increased quality and accuracy of the information provided; Communicate regularly with team members and business stakeholders to collect requirements and champion business analytics; Identify and recommend process improvements to reduce workloads and/or improve quality across the business analytics community.
REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field plus 5 years of related experience. Will accept any level of experience in the following skills: Design, develop, build, test and maintain stable and scalable semantic layers, dashboards, reports using IBM Cognos Analytics and Microsoft Power BI; Develop processes and procedures to ensure data integrity and data quality using IBM Cognos Analytics and Microsoft Power BI; Design and maintain the security standards and best practice approaches for the IBM Cognos Analytics and Microsoft Power BI; Report tuning, scheduling, deployments, maintenance and admin activities on the IBM Cognos Analytics and Microsoft Power BI; Write SQL procedures, functions, and Complex queries on Oracle, Microsoft Sql Server and creating processes to store and retrieve data from Azure synapse and data lake. 100% telecommuting. Can live anywhere in the U.S.
Full time. $110,344 – $144,000 per year. Competitive compensation and benefits.
