Your New Role

The Sr. Analyst, Strategic Finance will play an integral role on the Capital Markets and Strategic FCF Management team reporting directly to the Sr. Manager, Strategic Finance. The team has global financial responsibility for all capital markets activities including creating and executing prudent capital allocation and debt liability management strategies, investment controllership and analytics, below-EBITDA financial planning & analysis, in addition to driving global free cash flow strategic planning, forecasting/budgeting, and end-to-end optimization/improvement strategies. This position will work closely across business unit teams, group FP&A, corporate development, investor relations, and accounting to create meaningful analysis and insights around optimal generation, sources, and uses of capital across free cash flow, investments, and debt liability management activities. The successful candidate will be highly analytical and a critical thinker who has a strong team player mindset.

Your Role Accountabilities

• Cadence: On-going, monthly and ad-hoc
• Provide analytics and forecasting/budgeting support on below-EBITDA P&L activity including depreciation, amortization, interest payments, restructuring/integration, equity in earnings, and minority interests
• Support Investor Relations, Group/Corporate FP&A, Accounting, Tax requests related to BTL/Net Income, Cash Flow, Balance Sheet
• Assist in supporting/maintaining supply chain finance programs and securitization analytics
• Support cash flow forecasting, including on content library licensing
• Support investment analytics and reviews under Treasury’s controllership function
• Cadence: Monthly, ad-hoc
• Cadence: Monthly and on-going
• Support Executive deck presentation preparation
• Cadence: Monthly forecast, quarterly executive package

Qualifications & Experience

• Strong analytical skillset with ability to multi-task and work with efficiency a must
• Strong, efficient user of EPM / SAP highly preferable
• Bachelor’s degree with minimum 2 years finance / accounting or related experience
• Big 4 transaction services or audit highly preferable
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Advanced Excel, Power Point) a must
• Ability to operate with flexibility in a dynamic work environment a must
• Strong oral and written communication skillset to effectively collaborate across the global organization a must
• Demonstrated ability to construct complex, dynamic financial models using the three financial statements (income statement, balance sheet, cash flow statement direct and indirect) and returns analysis a must
• Strong attention to detail with strong sense of ownership of deliverables a must

In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles in locations where legally required. $72,240.00 - $134,160.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros.
