Sr. Airworthiness Engineer Jobs

We are designing our next generation eVTOL and growing our team of world class aviation professionals. We are seeking a senior airworthiness engineer to join us on this journey.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the initiation of activities as a response to failure (accident/ incident)
• Approve the classification of changes
• Ensuring that all test programs and compliance documents are prepared as necessary to show compliance
• Prepare the Certification Program and co-ordination of all related tasks
• Evaluate complaints from the operation and provide information in case of airworthiness impairment

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Aeronautical Engineering
• 5+ years of experience in an aircraft design organization
• 3+ years of experience in a maintenance or airworthiness management role
• Thorough knowledge of relevant certification specifications
• Must have analytical and assessment skills to judge probable airworthiness risks
• Knowledge of Part 21, Part M & Part 145, and corresponding EASA regulations.
• Knowledge of the design procedures relevant to the classification, compliance demonstration, certification, and continued airworthiness process
• Proficient in the use of technical records, planning & maintenance related software applications

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in an airworthiness role is highly desirable
