Day to Day Responsibilities/Project Specifics: This role is part of a data management team that support U.S. Bank Mortgage Services and other consumer organizations. You will experience a diverse scope of work being exposed to different teams across the bank, a multitude of different systems, ETL processes and collaborating to solve problems and develop solutions. Energy, curiosity, initiative and a drive to deliver results will lead to your success. Assist with development, testing, implement and support of application systems. Execute test transactions in line with test plans Code and test computer programs of low complexity and scope, working with detailed program specifications and utilizing standard procedures and techniques. Gather information to assist technical staff with investigation, analysis, and resolution of technical problems related to system functions, programming, and procedures. Develop detailed flowcharts to show processing logic for simple programs * Document all procedures used in the system
Must Have:
-3-5 years of SQL Development skills- Resource with need to assist in looking at the old environment and migrating to the new. **Ex- could be everything from data mapping to physically helping w/ report rewrites, open up SQL code, understand new infrastructure as well as old infrastructure.
-Previous experience in working with BRD's- this resource will be working with the TOSS partners and ETL team, where they define what the need is and cadence.

• Working knowledge of database, schema, tables= entire infrastructure, ability to code independently within SQL, need to open up and follow along w/ other folks code

• Microsoft office

-General business acumen is going to be VERY important!- need to have excellent people skills and understand the overall goal for the team as well as understand the chain reaction of if we do this, then this will happen, etc…
-PowerBI- they are moving to this, so any working knowledge that they have here is helpful
