Job Description
  • Healthcare spending account

  • Works with administrators and staff to use achievement data in a timely manner to plan, evaluate, and revise instructional programs and practices
  • Observes and participates in coaching and developing the performance of staff members in assigned instructional areas
  • Models effective instructional practices and a variety of strategies/therapy to meet the needs of individual students and staff
  • May complete formative observations of staff and provide feedback to the administrator
  • Missouri Board of Healing Arts License in the area Speech Language Pathology required
  • May provide input concerning performance of staff members in appropriate instructional practice areas when requested by administration
  • Partners with SSD staff and administrators to develop action plans related to effective instructional practices, quality programming, and continuous improvement
  • Enrollment in Missouri public school retirement systems
  • 20 Vacation days accrued annually

  • Work with SSD staff in schools and programs to coordinate and lead professional development opportunities addressing various strategies/therapy and topics
