Call Center Space Management Coordinator Jobs

3 - 5 years of work experience in a related job discipline

2 - 3 years of Human Resources work experience

1 - 2 years of call center work experience with multiple platforms (call, email, and/or chat)

1 - 2 years of onboarding work experience

Knowledge of regulations, procedures, and best practices in the field. Proficient ability to interpret and communicate CCHMC policies and procedures.

Performance Improvement Identifies and communicates workflow suggestions/concerns and provides input toward resolution to maximize efficiency.

Supervisory or Management experience in the Automotive Industry

ASE Service Consultant certification or equivalent experience

Manage office and shop personnel and daily operations

5 years work experience in Automotive Customer Service & Service Sales

Experience in TekMetric software application preferred, but not required

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Effectively communicate statistical concepts to non-statisticians (managers, researchers in other fields, etc.).

Draft and edit reports and manage long-term progression of papers, presentations or poster sessions, and NASA reports.

Participate and present information in biostatistics and epidemiology technical information exchange meetings and educational forums.

Familiarity with statistical software (e.g. SAS, Stata, R) and experience writing analysis code

Strong analytical, planning, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

Excellent communication skills (written and oral) and the ability to effectively explain complex statistical concepts to non-statisticians

Space Management Program experience with JDA, Apollo or Spaceman

CPG industry or related experience

AC Nielsen/dunnhumby or Panel experience

Collaboration – We are looking to you to work closely with Shoprite buyers and space planning teams.

Ability to collaborate with retailer on-site and maintain confidentiality.

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Input all requests in facilities ticketing system routing to appropriate teams in an efficient manner with appropriate level of classification

Conduct follow-up calls with callers when appropriate to provide them with status updates on their requests

Participate in daily and weekly meetings, reviewing all relevant info needed to stay connected to the overall Hospitality and Facilities Teams
