The A.C.Coy Company has an immediate opening for a Sourcing Specialist. The role will focus on building a network and relationships with highly sought-after talent across a range of service lines globally, as demand dictates.

• Assess candidates for soft skills, role specific skills, and cultural fit Utilize, maintain, and manage the recruitment systems to ensure hiring practices are within compliance standards
• Discover, connect, nurture, and activate prospective candidates through multiple channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, CRM/ATS, Referrals, AL/ML tools), sourcing campaigns and other innovative candidate generation methods
• Participate in and at times lead special projects and recruitment initiatives as needed
• Be a brand ambassador to prospective candidates
• Build talent communities of great candidates for future business needs
• Promote our inclusive hiring practices and deliver on our diversity sourcing initiatives
• Add value to the recruiting process by fostering relationships with your recruitment partners and hiring managers by providing data driven insights and sourcing recommendations Develop innovative sourcing strategies that delivers an always-on pipeline of high calibre talent

Experience Required

• Self-motivated with demonstrated ability to function independently and as part of a team while managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to build partnerships, communicate effectively with all levels of employees, and foster teamwork
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant recruiting, sourcing or research experience
• Demonstrable ability to attract and engage passive talent to an organization
• Excellent oral and written communication skills Strong computer skills (MS Office, ATS, Google)
• Track record of leveraging a range of sourcing tools and innovative techniques to identify potential candidates

Experience Preferred

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or closely related discipline
• Experience sourcing for software development, engineering talent is strongly preferred
