Solution Consultant Jobs

Summary

We are looking for a solution consultant specialized in building and delivering complex, data centric solutions. Your main objective will be to deliver high quality data centric solutions which empower our customers with actionable knowledge of their networks.

Role

• Establishes technical team member relationship with Customer.
• Team member on project implementations across ANSA platform.
• Follows Senior Consultant guidance on projects.
• Contributes to pre-sales scenarios on request.
• Actively developing consulting behaviours and competencies.
• Provide guidance and support to customers in usage of solutions
• Collaborates well with other team members and client teams for successful project implementations.
• Designs, constructs and tests components of solutions under supervision of senior consultant

Competencies

• Proficiency in scripting, and experience in ETL mechanisms to ensure efficient and effective data integration.
• Able to design at standard complexity of technical solutions envelope.
• Track record in deliver of components forming part of a larger technical solution framework
• Ability to build strong ‘team member’ relationships with customers and ‘own’ relevant aspects of delivery
• Good technical appreciation of ‘Platform’ and solution technology and capabilities, on top of good industry knowledge in IT and Telecoms domains. Understands customer’s business.
• Business awareness, understands needs of wider department, product and company goals
• Relevant industry knowledge in IT and Telecoms domains.
• Knowledge of how to ingest and integrate data using different interfaces such as SFTP, APIs, consumption from a message bus such as Kafka
• Good communications and relationship building skills including cross-cultural working.
• Ability to design and implement technical solutions at small scale
• Developing quality and technical completer/finisher orientation.
• Ability to implement customer requirements across ANSA ‘solution’ components
