Our company is seeking a Logistics Solution Analyst to support our logistics processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics systems, a deep understanding of end-to-end order processes, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Participate in system upgrades and enhancements, and ensure smooth transition to new processes within the ERP & TMS systems
• Work with the business process lead and functional leads to identify and define logistics requirements and design solutions within the ERP & TMS systems
• Serve as the subject matter expert in logistics systems, with a focus on Oracle Transportation Management (OTM)
• Monitor and analyze logistics system performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement process changes to drive efficiency and reduce errors
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, Logistics, Finance, and Supply Chain, to ensure successful execution of customer orders
• Develop and maintain documentation for logistics processes within the ERP & TMS systems, including process maps, user manuals, and training materials
• Provide training and support to end-users on logistics processes within the ERP & TMS systems

Requirements

• Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team, in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex business issues within a logistics system
• Proven ability to learn quickly and apply new technologies in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• 3+ years of experience in logistics processes, preferably in OTM or similar TMS
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field
