Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION
As a PLM Solution Architect for Teamcenter and CAD integrations, you will be responsible for designing, implementing and managing the integration between our Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system, Teamcenter, and various Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software platforms (CATIA & NX). You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including business subject matter experts (SME’s), business analysts, software developers and system admins to ensure requirements are understood and reflected in the your designs with the objective to provide seamless integrations with efficient data exchange between systems. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of PLM concepts, Teamcenter functionality, and CAD software.
Experience
  • Conversant with software configuration tools such Azure and experience on Agile execution methodology
  • Extensive experience with CAD Managers - Teamcenter integration for CATIA (TC RAC & AWC), NX Manager (TC RAC & AWC) including - Configuration, Customization, Attribute mapping, Installation, CAD Import/Export
  • 10-12 years’ experience on Siemens Teamcenter based PLM solution in terms of development, customization and deployment
  • Experienced with server & client customization such as – BMIDE Extensions, ITK based Workflow Handlers, SOA services, ITK utilities, Dispatcher, Portal Customization etc.
Required Skills
  • Sign off & review of all technical artifact's architecture
  • Able to define high level solutions
  • Able to Identify tech refresh needs and be accountable for technical debt closure/tracking
  • Identify opportunities to optimize existing architecture
  • Develop architecture diagrams/high level design
  • Define integration specifications
