Job Description

Role Summary:
Join our team as the Solbar General Manager for Solage, serving the needs of the business, our guests, and our colleagues by overseeing all daily operations of Solbar and In Room Dining. The Solbar GM manages all front-of-house team members and works closely with the Director of Food & Beverage and the Executive Chef in order to showcase Solbar’s exceptional cuisine through heartfelt service.
Core Responsibilities:
Please note that this is not an exhaustive list of everything that needs to be done! Within the Auberge family, our people always find new ways to look after the business, their guests, and their team-mates. Within this, the key responsibilities for this position are:

  • Overside and coordination of all SOlbar, beverage & wine menus with the oversight of the Food & Beverage Director
  • Works with the Director of Food and Beverage and the Executive Chef in setting the direction of the business in day to day operations as well as developing and executing a plan to drive sales, manage costs, and grow the business.
  • Creation and execution of various experiences throughout the property

The starting salary range for this position is $100,000-$110,000. This is the pay range for this position that Solage reasonably expects to pay. Decisions regarding individual salaries will be based on a number of factors, such as experience and education.
