Responsibilities

Checking in with crew lead on a daily basis

Taking directions from the crew lead

Professionalism at all times, and ability to meet with clients or GC onsite

Arrive to our office 7:30AM daily to meet with team, EOD ~4pm

Keep all job related documents organized

Attendance to mandatory Monday safety meetings

Qualifications

Valid drivers license and good driving record.

Not afraid of heights

Ability to work on pitched rooftops, tall rooftops, and small spaces (electrical or boiler rooms)

Ability to climb ladders, use safety harnesses and ropes, and lift solar panels and racking (~50lbs)

Construction site safety awareness

Experience in solar electrical and solar hydronic work

Energy Storage System knowledge

Team-Player

Tool skills

Live in SF Bay Area (SF, Daly City, South City, Pacifica, Berkeley, Oakland, Marin, etc.)
